MAKING LIFE HAPPEN
Start with the video below so you establish how I want you to proceed with the stretching for back care or for niggles.
Clicking on the title link above will bring you into the playlist in Youtube - that way you can have a look at the videos available and potentially choose where to start.
If you start from video 1, it is a gentle place to start, especially if you haven’t been exercising or if you have tight and problematic/niggly muscles that feel like they need to be released.
You can find videos for most of the areas of the body to tap into and use the method described in the video shown above to go cautiously.
When muscles are problematic - it is best to be cautious and listen for the feedback they give you - and never push into pain, only a mild discomfort of a stretch.
The videos labelled back care used in the order in this playlist I would suggest is a good place to start if you have a niggle in your back and want to try to calm the body down and see what movements may be possible and observe what may open up with slow gentle stretching/mobility.
Niggles or worse should be assessed when it comes to back care to be sure they are the right choices for you, but these may be helpful starters.
Remember if you feel any pain - stop and seek advice.
I hope this feels good to get you moving safely.
Enjoy and I hope you feel the difference for making the time to move well.
